Inspiring the Future with Micron

STE(A)M Truck's summer camps have been a resounding success, empowering young minds with creativity, innovation, and hands-on learning. Girls Going Tech provided 35 8th and 9th-grade girls with innovative programming designed to inspire and motivate young girls to pursue their passions in STEAM. Over two days, participants immersed themselves in hands-on workshops and inspirational talks from professionals and advocates in various STEAM disciplines. Girls Going Tech was meant to ignite their passion for technology and instill confidence and a sense of belonging, proving that girls can excel in any domain they choose.

Another highlight of STE(A)M Truck's summer partnership was Chip Camp, where 75 middle school students dove headfirst into nanotechnology, coding, robotics and rockets. Chip Camp is designed to pique students' curiosity and challenges their minds through hands-on STEAM activities and give them a vision of what it’s like working for a semiconductor company.

Both Girls Going Tech and Chip Camp were sponsored by Micron Technology.
